From the Paris’ suburb to the separation wall between Israelis and Palestinians, from Brazil to Cambodia, through Kenya and India, JR used his 28mm lens to photograph closely the men and women he has met. He then printed these portraits in large format and pasted them into the largest gallery in the world: the street.
