Description

In October 2021, on the occasion of the Forever is Now festival initiated by Art d'Égypte, JR was invited to imagine an installation on the site of the Giza plateau.

This trompe-l'oeil entitled Greetings from Giza is composed of a canvas mounted on a metal structure and plays with the idea of a postcard placed in front of the pyramid. The technique of anamorphosis is again used by JR in the continuity of his previous projects.
