JRSA is the owner of the domain name of the Site and the name “Atelier JR”.

The Site as a whole, as well as its constituent elements (notably, texts, tree diagrams, software, animations, photographs, videos, illustrations, diagrams, graphic representations, logos, etc.) constitute intellectual work protected by Article L.111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The Site and its constituent elements are the exclusive property of JRSA, which has sole authorisation to use the intellectual property rights and related personality rights.

You may make a single copy of the webpages published on the atelierjr.net website for private, personal and non-commercial use, provided that every copy of these webpages retains all copyright notices and exclusive rights therein.

The use of all or part of the Site, including downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or distribution for purposes other than for personal and private non-commercial use by the user, is strictly prohibited. Violation of the JRSA’s rights exposes its author to the penalties envisaged by the Intellectual Property Code, particularly with regard to copyright infringement (Article L. 335-1 et seq.), trademark infringement (Article L. 716-1 et seq.) as well as the penalties envisaged by the Civil Code in terms of civil liability (Article 9, Article 1382 et seq.).

The creation of any hyperlinks to any of the webpages or elements constituting the Site is prohibited, except with JRSA's prior written authorisation, which may be revoked at any time. All sites with a hyperlink to the Site or any of the constituent elements are not under the control of JRSA and it therefore declines all responsibility (including that of publishing) regarding access and content to these sites.

JRSA endeavours to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and updating of information on the Site. It reserves the right to correct the site’s content at any time and without notice. However, JRSA cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision and completeness of the information provided on the Site, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or a commitment on behalf of JRSA towards the user. In particular, JRSA cannot be held responsible for:

- any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the Site;

- any damage resulting from a computer system intrusion by a third party resulting in a modification of the information available on the Site;

- and more generally, any damages, whether direct or indirect, regardless of the causes, origins, nature and consequences, caused by anyone accessing the Site or failing to access the Site, as well as the use of the Site and/or credit attributed to any information obtained directly or indirectly from the Site.

JRSA implements measures to ensure the security of the files containing the personal data collected on the Site. However, JRSA does not control the risks related to the operation of the Internet and requests users to note the existence of potential risks with regard to the confidentiality of data shared through this network.

JRSA wishes to inform users visiting the Site that these terms may be modified at any time. These changes are published online and are deemed accepted without reservation by any user who accesses the Site after being published online.

These terms have been prepared in accordance with French law. The French courts have territorial jurisdiction to hear any dispute related to the use of the Site, unless otherwise provided by Regulation No. 44/2001 of December 20, 2000 on the jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of decisions in civil and commercial matters (Brussels I).
